Strategy and Innovation Management: The Innovators Dashboard

We are thrilled to announce our new app for strategic planning and innovation management: the Innovators Dashboard, a proprietary, digital strategic planning and innovation tool developed for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. This indispensable resource provides a range of tools that work for small to large companies, reflecting the scope of Innovators Alliance members.

A cloud-based application, the Innovators Dashboard has three main modules:

Users move through the process by 1) developing their strategy, 2) updating their strategy, and 3) creating and managing their innovation portfolio.

The Innovators Dashboard’s strength is its versatility. Entrepreneurs can choose to use modules in isolation or combine them depending on their needs or goals.

For example, entrepreneurs who are only looking for feedback on their top strategic objectives can network with other entrepreneurs monthly using the Strategy Tracker module. This process only takes thirty-minutes, enabling entrepreneurs to help each other with their strategic priorities and innovations with minimal time commitment.

Entrepreneurs looking to add a layer of nuance to their monthly check-ins can use the Strategy Development Process module. Offering twelve research tools, the module’s system generates graphs and charts that analyze and interpret data, providing entrepreneurs with premium insights into optimal tactics and strategies.

Finally, entrepreneurs can use the Innovation Portfolio module for risk/priority analysis, business case approval processes, financial analysis, and project management.
