Exercising the Innovation Muscle<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s best to think of innovation as a muscle. If you neglect it, it\u2019ll become weak and ineffective. If you continually exercise it and provide it with the care it needs to grow, it\u2019ll become a useful resource for your company.<\/p>\n

The best way to overcome the challenges of innovation is to surround yourself with other people and businesses who are innovating. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This does a couple of things for you:<\/p>\n

  1. It exposes you to fresh ideas and ways of thinking that you can apply within your own organization.<\/li>\n
  2. It provides a peer group of like-minded individuals who will motivate you to try new things and hold you accountable for how you\u2019re spending your time and effort.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you don\u2019t have people who help you exercise your innovation muscle, now\u2019s the time to find and cultivate that community.<\/a><\/p>\n
