This indispensable resource provides a range of tools that work for small to large companies, reflecting the scope of Innovators Alliance members.<\/p>\n<p>A cloud-based application, the Innovators Dashboard has three main modules:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Strategy Development Process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Scan Environment<\/li>\n<li>Assess Capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Identify Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop Strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Strategy Tracker<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Track progress of each strategic objective and the tactics to achieve them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Innovation Portfolio<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced tools for detailed managing of company-wide innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Users move through the process by 1) developing their strategy, 2) updating their strategy, and 3) creating and managing their innovation portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The Innovators Dashboard\u2019s strength is its versatility. Entrepreneurs can choose to use modules in isolation or combine them depending on their needs or goals.<\/p>\n<p>For example, entrepreneurs who are only looking for feedback on their top strategic objectives can network with other entrepreneurs monthly using the Strategy Tracker module. This process only takes thirty-minutes, enabling entrepreneurs to help each other with their strategic priorities and innovations with minimal time commitment.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs looking to add a layer of nuance to their monthly check-ins can use the Strategy Development Process module. Offering twelve research tools, the module\u2019s system generates graphs and charts that analyze and interpret data, providing entrepreneurs with premium insights into optimal tactics and strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, entrepreneurs can use the Innovation Portfolio module for risk\/priority analysis, business case approval processes, financial analysis, and project management. This third module is ideal for entrepreneurs who already have a solid grasp on their strategy objectives and are looking to delve further into their innovation management.<\/p>\n<p>As we continue to navigate the pandemic, the business world is awash with management challenges.
