Innovators Alliance Welcomes Our 2025 Board of Directors

On April 7, 2025, the Innovators Alliance Board of Directors was officially voted in during our
annual virtual board meeting. This marks an exciting new chapter as we look ahead to the
continued growth of our organization and the evolution of services and experiences we offer to
our members.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to two dedicated board members who are
stepping down: Rob Wilbrink of BMF, and Sharron Gilbert of Septimatech. Rob served on
the Board for three years and was instrumental in strengthening communication between Chapter
Chairs and enhancing the overall Chapter experience—contributions that will have a lasting
impact.

Sharron has been an integral part of the Board for over a decade, and her leadership as Chair
during the pandemic helped guide the Alliance through one of its most challenging periods with
resilience and vision.

At the same time, we are thrilled to welcome two new voices to the table: Mark Arteaga of
Redbit Development and Curtis Lahey of Predictive Success Corporation. Both bring deep expertise, entrepreneurial insight, and a passion for supporting business leaders across Ontario.

We’re energized by what lies ahead and confident that our 2025 Board will help us continue to
push boundaries, foster meaningful connections, and champion innovation for our members.
Here’s to the year ahead!
