Celebrate Innovation in Your Organization with the IA Innovation Award

One of the ways that Innovators Alliance is different from other peer-to-peer organizations, is our focus on doing things differently. We know that creating and supporting a culture of innovation within your organization is critical for continued evolution, and we want to help IA members to champion innovation in their organizations.

And that is the reason we have re-launched the IA Innovation Award – an opportunity for members to celebrate an employee who has been particularly innovative and/or demonstrated an innovative mindset – either for a particular project or over the long term.

The IA Innovation Award is awarded to individuals who demonstrate innovation and creative problem-solving within their organizations. Recognized Innovation Award winners will receive a branded physical award to celebrate their achievements.

Engage Your Innovators Alliance Chapter

Innovators Alliance member hosts are welcome to invite their recipients to an award ceremony that coincides with an IA Chapter meeting – or invite a member to of their IA Chapter to join them to present the award at an all-staff meeting. Innovators Alliance will recognize the awardee and the presenter member company through IA channels and social media to amplify this recognition.

We know that as members, you are committed to growth and development through innovation and we want to help you do all that you can to support creative problem, new ways of thinking, and leadership – while celebrating excellence and innovation in your company!

Innovators Alliance members will have the opportunity to award one Innovation Award each year. To apply for this award, please apply in writing to the Executive Director with details on the following:

  • The name, title, and tenure of the recognized individual
  • Rationale for the recommendation (where did they innovate, what was the outcome, what is the key achievement we are celebrating).
  • A requested meeting time/date for recognizing these individuals (for example, an upcoming IA Chapter meeting). Note that we require up to two weeks for customization and shipping.
