After years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Deborah Jann, Chair of the Innovation Leader 1.0 and 2.0 groups at Innovators Alliance. While we’re sad to see her step away from her role as Chair, we’re incredibly grateful for the lasting impact she’s had on our community.
Deborah’s journey with Innovators Alliance began in 2017, when she facilitated a strategic planning session for the Innovators Alliance Board of Directors. Deb’s leadership and facilitation skills were immediately evident, and in 2018, she was invited to become Chair of the original Intrapreneur Chapter. Since that time, Deborah has played a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the Intrapreneur and Innovation Leader of peer groups.
Deb’s approach to leadership is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a belief in the power of peer-driven growth. She’s helped members navigate tough challenges, celebrate bold ideas, and embrace innovation as a discipline. Deborah’s philosophy on innovation – focusing on continuous improvement, diversity of thought, and learning from failure – has left a meaningful impression on many of our members.
Deborah is a connector, a champion, and a catalyst for growth. She created space for honest conversations and built the kind of trust that turns a group into a true peer network.
From all of us at Innovators Alliance: thank you, Deborah. Your leadership, generosity, and presence have helped shape who we are today. We wish you every success in what’s next.
