Mastering the EOS Vision/Traction Organizer ™ – A New Resource for Innovators Alliance Members

We are excited to share a valuable new resource for our members. Innovators Alliance sponsor Jeremy Robinson, a Professional EOS Implementer, has provided us with an exclusive step-by-step guide on using the EOS Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/To ™) to outline your business strategy.

The V/TO™ is a powerful two-page strategic planning tool that contains eight simple questions that helps leadership teams clarify their vision and turns it into actionable steps.

This simple, and effective two-page document provides a lean approach to strategic planning and will ensure that your team stays aligned and focused on shared goals.

By completing the V/TO™ , revisiting it every quarter, and sharing it consistently with the entire organization, you’ll get everyone 100% on the same page with where you are going (The “Vision”) and how you are going to get there (“Traction”).

You can also use the V/TO™ to help keep yourself accountable to yourself and your IA member peers during your monthly Chapter check-ins.

Why is this resource so helpful?

  1. Simplifies strategy. It condenses your business plan into a concise, accessible format.
  2. Aligns your team: Everyone works toward the same vision and goals.
  3. Enhances transparency: Clearly defines success metrics and potential challenges.
  4. Improves time management: Outlines long-term targets and breaks them into manageable projects.
  5. Bridges vision and execution: Connects your company’s future aspirations with day-to-day actions.

By implementing the V/TO™, you’ll be joining thousands of businesses worldwide that have transformed their operations using EOS tools.
