The IA Intrapreneur Program: A Peer-to-peer Community for Developing Leaders

For 25 years, Innovators Alliance has been a peer-to-peer community for entrepreneurs who are committed to doing things differently. As a not-for-profit, IA has the privilege of investing all revenues back into the membership, providing a great mechanism for testing new ideas and providing more growth opportunities – both personal and professional.

One way that we do this is through our Intrapreneur Program.

Recognizing that Entrepreneurs have too many things to do and are consistently forced to balance the need to run a profitable company with leadership, coaching and managing staff, while also ensuring a corporate culture that will meet the needs of their employees, we launched the Intrapreneur Program as a benefit to members. Our organization is built on the concept of the value of peer-to-peer development with a focus on innovation.  We know the format works – so why not provide members with the opportunity to let their emerging leaders benefit as well? The Intrapreneur Program, like the Entrepreneur Program, provides a community that:

  • shares a commitment to innovative problem-solving.
  • follows a regular cadence of meetings that ensures the ability to hold one another accountable.
  • provides a diversity of perspectives from other leaders.
  • Commitment to learning and growth for all members.

At this year’s Fresh Thinking. Shared. we celebrated our longest standing Intrapreneur members, who were celebrating 5-years with the group – a testament to the commitment that Intrapreneurs have to their Chapter and to the impact that the community has on their long-term growth and development.

We know that it can be hard to manage increasing responsibilities and the feeling that you are responsible for your team and not get overwhelmed. At Innovators Alliance this community of peers can really remind you that you aren’t alone.

If you have a leader in your company who you want to support, consider the Innovators Alliance Intrapreneur Program.
