Your IA Journey Starts Here: Welcome and What to Know

We’re excited to celebrate a meaningful milestone – 15 new members have joined the Innovators Alliance community since the start of the year! This growth brings fresh energy, ideas, and experiences to our network and strengthens the powerful connections that make IA so valuable.

To our new members: welcome! You’re now part of a unique peer network of experienced entrepreneurs and innovative business leaders. And to our existing members and Chairs—thank you. Your continued generosity, openness, and support create the welcoming space that defines our community.

New members bring fresh perspectives that fuel innovative thinking and deepen our shared learning. The strength of IA lies in these diverse contributions and the willingness of everyone to both give and grow.

If you’re just starting out in Innovators Alliance, here are three key tips to get the most from your membership:

  1. Jump in with both feet. Attend Chapter meetings regularly, arrive on time and check-in in advance, and take part in additional groups like the AI Peer Group or the Manufacturing Sector Group.
  2. Be ready to learn. Participate in IA webinars, attend Power Meetings, and connect with our expert partners and sponsors who offer valuable tools and insight.
  3. Ask for what you need. Use round table discussions to share challenges and ask for support. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your Chair, your group, or directly to me with any questions.

Together, we’re building something remarkable. Welcome—we’re so glad you’re here.
