As the leader of the Grant Thornton Canada National Consulting business, I specialize in change management—specifically, re-engineering organizational business processes to improve business insights and performance.
In the past, I’ve held many functional roles in both industry and consulting environments, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Partner and Owner/Operator. I’ve worked for large and small public organizations, family-owned operations, partnerships and private equity-led environments across many sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, consulting and technology. I have also personally led acquisitions, divestitures, sales and integrations, as well as raised debt and equity.
