Stefanie Ince, Executive Director

Stefanie Ince is a leader, collaborator, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, corporate development, and strategic growth. Her career spans healthcare, education, international development, and financial services — united by a commitment to building purpose-driven, high-performing teams and cultivating authentic leadership.

As Executive Director of Innovators Alliance, Stefanie works with Ontario’s growth-minded CEOs and business leaders to foster a trusted, dynamic peer community that inspires learning, innovation, and accountability. She brings both strategic vision and a deeply human approach to her work — creating spaces where leaders can connect, challenge themselves, and grow together.

Stefanie is also the founder of March Management Coaching, where she partners with leaders who are ready to grow with intention and impact. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Stefanie is known for her thoughtful, compassionate approach and her ability to help leaders uncover insight, confidence, and direction.

Stefanie holds a BA in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario. She has served as Vice-Chair of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto and Treasurer for Neurological Health Charities Canada.  Stefanie can be reached at [email protected]

I am a worker bee. Focused on the question: How can I help?

In the past, I helped build the Ontario Beekeepers’ Association membership from 500 to 2000 members by being the first person of contact in person, by phone and email.

At Innovators Alliance, I work in the background, keeping us organized and on-track and enabling the organization to grow its pool of expertise among its varied groups. I provide our Chapter Chairs with the resources they need to create safe environments where entrepreneurs can learn from other experienced owners and grow their businesses with confidence.
