All Financial Services organizations from Tier 1 and 2 banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, wealth management companies, to FinTech companies and beyond with marketing plans and budgets. These companies generally have marketing departments and personnel who need agency support to fulfill their marketing plans, goals and objectives. That’s where we come in.

Our primary geographic market is Canada, however, our experience spans the English Caribbean and Spanish Central American markets.

What’s Our Added Value?

Our passion and commitment. Less layers for more agility. Less process for more creative spark. And less overhead for more value.

Plus, the credibility of hundreds of successful programs and long-standing relationships with our clients.

How Are We Currently Innovating?

We have improved several internal processes:

  1. Bookkeeping: We have recently transitioned from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online to make our bookkeeping process more efficient. This innovation alone will save the company $30,000+ annually and provide immediate reporting through a dashboard making it easier to make financial decisions always know how we’re doing.
  2. Team Collaboration: we introduced a collaboration tool called Slack. The team loves it and we avoid filling our email inboxes with messages and attachments.
  3. Targeting and CRM tools: Linked-in Sales Navigator to target financial services prospects and HubSpot CRM to manage the leads and communications as part of our 2020 Sales Growth Strategy.

How Innovators Alliance Assists Us on Our Innovation Journey

Having just joined Innovators Alliance in May of 2019, I am already experiencing the benefits and rewards of meeting other entrepreneurs and hearing their business challenges and stories. The peer-to-peer exchange in a confidential setting is great. Plus, I have already formed many new ‘business’ friendships.
