Industry Specific Peer Groups

Innovators Alliance has introduced sector- and skill-specific peer groups to enhance the value of membership and to deliver on our mission to support our members through growth and innovation. These groups give members the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers across Chapters, dive deeper into shared industry challenges, and exchange insights that drive innovation and leadership growth.

By expanding access to diverse expertise and real-world perspectives, these groups empower members to learn, grow, and lead with greater impact.

Manufacturing Specific Sector Group

The IA Manufacturing Sector Group is led by manufacturing expert and serial entrepreneur Paul Hogendoorn. Paul is also the Chair for our London and Kitchener Waterloo Chapters. The Manufacturing Sector Group is open to all members and takes place 4-5 times a year in person and virtually. These meetings include information sharing, manufacturing focused check-ins, and deep dives into topics that are of particular importance to the manufacturing community. At the heart of this group is the opportunity to bring IA members from various companies in the sector together to cross collaborate, learn and grow.

AI Peer Group

The AI-focused virtual peer group is designed to help IA members stay sharp, informed, and ready for what’s next. This group meets virtually for one hour every other month. Led by AI specialist and past Innovators Alliance keynote speaker, Rob Williams, each session will offer timely insights, practical applications, and candid discussion about how AI is reshaping business today. Whether you’re just starting to explore AI or already integrating it into your operations, this group will help you stay on the leading edge of what’s hot, what’s useful, and what’s coming next.
